This tiny silver hickory nut necklace captures the details of the real thing: a tiny fortress in heart shape, loved by foraging woodland creatures. 
 
Handmade of fine silver, this pendant measures just over .5" tall, with an 18" sterling silver chain. Patinaed for contrast.
 
This also has been called a walnut necklace, which is fair in how closely they resemble one another.

    Some people love the patina that grows on silver over time. Others prefer their jewelry to remain as bright as when it arrives. If this describes you, we suggest keeping it clean and dry, away from products such as soaps and lotions, and removing it before showering or swimming. You can give it a gentle rub with a silver polishing cloth at the first sign of tarnish.
